Ricardo Omaña Palanco

Dr. Ricardo Omaña Palanco holds a PhD in Medicine (Cum Laude) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Medical degree from Universidad de Zaragoza, and is a specialist in Family and Community Medicine. He is Associate Professor at the Department of Public Health and Maternal-Child Health, Faculty of Medicine, UCM, affiliated with Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón. He also practices as a specialist in Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine at Novosalud clinic in Madrid. His research focuses on hospital epidemiology, COVID-19, COPD, type 2 diabetes and organ transplantation, with publications in journals such as Cardiovascular Diabetology, Respiratory Medicine and Journal of Clinical Medicine.

Olga María Vélez García

Dr. Olga María Vélez García is a physician with dual specialty training in General and Digestive Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, registered with the Medical Council of Cantabria. Her practice focuses on microsurgery, hand surgery and nerve reconstruction, as well as oncological surgery for sarcomas and musculoskeletal tumors — a field in which she has presented at the European FESSH (Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand) congress in 2019. She is also a faculty member in microsurgery training courses.

Raquel González Sánchez

Dr. Raquel González Sánchez holds a medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a specialist in Pediatrics and Neonatology, with clinical activity at Quirónsalud San José, Quirónsalud Madrid, La Paz and Clínico San Carlos hospitals. She holds a Master's degree in Aesthetic Medicine, Nutrition and Anti-Aging from UDIMA, and combines her pediatric practice with aesthetic medicine at LONBALTI, her own clinic in Madrid. She is also a lecturer at Universidad Europea de Madrid. Her research includes a national epidemiological study on neonatal SARS-CoV-2 infection published in Frontiers in Pediatrics (2020).

Ronald Sánchez Ávila

Dr Ronald Sánchez Ávila is an ophthalmologist specialising in the ocular surface, cornea and retina. He holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, trained as a specialist in Ophthalmology at the Hospital Universitario Central de Asturias and completed a fellowship in Retina and Vitreous at the Instituto Universitario Fernández-Vega (University of Oviedo). He holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Oviedo, with a thesis on the regeneration of the ocular surface and cornea using plasma rich in growth factors. He currently combines clinical practice at Olympia – Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Madrid with translational and regenerative medicine, pharmacology and clinical research.

Antonio Ayala Gómez

Dr. Antonio Ayala Gómez is Full Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Seville, where he teaches at the Faculties of Pharmacy and Biology. He leads the "Biochemistry of Aging" research group, and his career includes a three-year stay at the Gerontology Research Center of the National Institute on Aging (NIH) in Baltimore. His research focuses on the biochemical mechanisms of aging, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection. He is the author of the internationally referenced article on lipid peroxidation published in Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity (2014), with over 8,000 citations, and has accumulated more than 11,000 citations throughout his scientific career.

Fátima Rachdan Belda is a community pharmacist and owner of Farmàcia Fem, in the Gràcia district of Barcelona. Her practice focuses on integrative health and healthy ageing, with particular attention to supplementation guided by professional judgement, dermocosmetics and nutricosmetics.
